SLHC Clinical Supervisor
Speech Language Hearing CenterKatie has clinical assessment and treatment experience across a variety of speech and language disorders in preschool and school age children. She has worked with children with special needs and their families since 2005 in the public schools K-12 and in Early Childhood Special Education. Katie is familiar with school-based therapy delivery models, special education law and methods to manage caseload and workload.
Katie has also trained and supervised graduate students in pediatric communication disorders since 2009. Clinical work and supervision has focused on speech, language and social communication needs in regard to students who are deaf/hard of hearing.
