SLHC Clinical Supervisor
Speech Language Hearing CenterAmanda Thompson provides clinical supervision services at the University of Oregon Speech-Language-Hearing Center. She is a UO alumni who received her MS in Communication Disorders and Sciences in 2013. Prior to joining the University, Amanda worked in a variety of medical settings serving primarily adult clients. She actively sought out vocational experiences that involved working with clients who sustained acquired brain injuries, including working in multiple trauma hospitals and VA facilities. She currently leads the Brain Injury and Concussion Clinic (BrICC). She is involved in providing services for clients who have sustained concussions, including serving as a member of a local concussion management team which provides interdisciplinary care for adolescent clients.
