Speak Up! (Developed in 2015) is an interdisciplinary gender affirming communication group that integrates identity-focused counseling support with speech-language services for trans feminine communicators.

Clinical intervention focuses on increasing pitch, forward resonance and modifying articulation, language use and structure, and nonverbal communication.
